All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
During high-volume periods, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Times (Australia)
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by Australia Post delays or other external factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly advertised on our website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with the courier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services once the item has been dispatched.
7. Pre-Orders / Custom Items (if applicable)
If your order includes pre-order or custom wigs, additional processing time may apply. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
