Wig Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, all wig sales are final.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if the wig has been worn, altered, styled, washed, coloured, or the lace has been cut.

To be eligible for a return due to a fault or incorrect item, the wig must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@xclusivewig.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the claim and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival before making any alterations to the wig.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
